Luckenbach Texas
Luckenbach is a category all to itself. And if you’ve never been there, one visit will help you understand why. Steeped in rich and infamous history, Luckenbach is a hotbed of live Texas music with a good, ol’ fashioned dance hall, outdoor stages and even a frequent pickers circle for those of you that may want to bring your own instrument and jump in the jam session. Just grab a beer at the General Store and have a seat under the trees.
Dancing
Oh, did we mention Luckenbach has amazing bands and concerts where you can practice your two stepping and line dancing? That’s right. There’s also Albert Dance Hall — a similar but smaller vibe. Want to really rock out? Visit Crossroads on any Saturday night and you’ll be magically transported to a big city nightclub.
Rockbox
Are you a classics junkie? Rockbox is a small theater-seat venue with regular tribute shows featuring the music of classic entertainers of the past, like Merle Haggard, Fleetwood Mac, James Taylor in addition to other musical variety shows.
Karaoke
Let’s not forget singing your own tune, too. The Velvet Lounge is your chance to belt out the blues…or whatever else rocks your world.
