Complete seller and agent disclosures

Set-up

• Sign listing contract
• “Coming soon” real estate sign placed in the yard
• Marketing narrative and lifestyle story for the property, location, and neighborhood is drafted with client input. Bullet points on the property are made
• Agent speaks with clients on cleaning around the home, staging, and preparing for photos
• Lockbox is put on the door

WEEK: 2

On the Market

• Professional pictures are taken of the property. (if the property needs drone footage, this will be done at the same time as a photographer)
• Brochure is made of the property
• Property is put into MLS and made active
• “Just listed” sign replaced in yard
• Property is then linked to Fredericksburgrealty.com, zillow.com, realtor.com
• Agent promotes property on their business social page
• Property is listed on Fredericksburg Realty social platforms
• Email campaign composed and sent out

WEEK: 3

Showings

Private listing page up (if it’s a private listing)

Monitor Market Response

• Buyer feedback shared
• Weekly update calls
• Implement revised strategy to sell
