About Krista
Krista Bennett was born and raised on her family’s ranch in Harper, Texas, giving her a profound connection to the land. She attended Texas Tech University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. After graduating, Krista worked in the water well business for Pickens Drilling Company, where she was exposed to some of the most beautiful properties in the Texas Hill Country and developed a passion for real estate.
Krista’s real estate career began in 2012, and shortly after, she joined Fredericksburg Realty, where she specializes in ranch, residential, and commercial real estate. In less than a decade, Krista has managed real estate transactions totaling over $67 million, demonstrating her expertise and dedication to her clients.
Krista’s strong Texas roots and her role as co-owner of Bennett Land Services, along with her husband, provide her with unique insights into the complexities of rural property transactions. This expertise is invaluable, particularly in areas like road construction, property improvements, and water well installation and maintenance, adding great value for her clients.
Krista spends her free time on her family’s ranch, where they raise cattle, goats, and horses. Additionally, she enjoys cheering on her nieces in their extracurricular activities, especially at Harper High School sporting events (Go Longhorns!). She is deeply involved in her community, volunteering for many organizations. Currently, she serves as Secretary of the Harper Community Park Board and as an Elder with her church. She is also the past Secretary of the Central Hill Country Board of Realtors and has chaired the Education and Public Involvement Committees.
