About Martha
Martha Zapata, Fredericksburg Realty’s Brokerage Coordinator, ensures everything in the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Originally from Mexico City, Martha has lived in the Hill Country for over twenty years. She graduated from UTSA as a certified bilingual teacher and has presented her research at numerous conferences across the state. She is currently working toward her Master’s in Public Administration at UTSA.
Her favorite part about working at Fredericksburg Realty is the friendly and kind-hearted people she is surrounded by each day. Prior to working in real estate, Martha was a paralegal and an educator, and has also volunteered at numerous non-profit organizations. She loves the outdoors, exercising, cooking, and spending time with her husband and four children.
