With over a decade of experience, she’s more than just a real estate professional—she’s a dynamic force in the Texas property market. Her passion for the business stems from a desire to provide the level of hospitality and expertise she found lacking in the industry when she first started. Kathryn believes in delivering exceptional service and building trust, ensuring that clients feel supported during every step of their real estate journey.
In her career, Kathryn played a pivotal role as an executive assistant to one of Texas’s top realtors, closing over $100 million in sales in just three years. Today, her reputation is built on her fierce loyalty, genuine advice, and refreshing honesty. It’s this dedication that has made her a trusted resource and expert negotiator, whether she's helping first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or finding the perfect ranch or vineyard property.
Kathryn and her husband have a 5-year-old son and are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their daughter. When she isn’t busy selling real estate, she enjoys helping her husband, the head chef at their new local restaurant, The Standard Public House, a wonderful addition to the community. Kathryn is also actively involved in her family’s winery, Ab Astris, balancing her passions for both real estate and family business.
