About Kim
Kim brings 45 years of marketing and business consulting experience to her role at Fredericksburg Realty. Raised in Texas, she earned her master’s degree in marketing from Texas A&M University and her BBA from Baylor University.
Prior to joining Fredericksburg Realty in 2018, Kim served as the Executive Director for the Hill Country University Center, responsible for planning and executing the Center’s strategic initiatives, including its marketing, scholarship and donor relations programs. From 2008 to 2017, she was on the faculty of Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business in Houston, TX, where she taught courses and workshops in leadership communication, brand management and digital media. She also served as a faculty advisor for the school’s Action Learning Project (ALP) program, and as a mentor for two start-up accelerators: OwlSpark (Rice University) and TMCx (Texas Medical Center).
Before joining Rice’s MBA Program, Kim worked in marketing director-level roles for Bracewell & Giuliani, Fulbright & Jaworski and Vinson & Elkins, and consulted with Fortune 500 clients through her company, The Workks, founded in 1991.
Kim currently serves on the Board of the Texas Center for Wine and Culinary Arts.
