About Ginny
A Hill Country native, Ginny Stehling graduated from Fredericksburg High School and went on to Texas A and M University. She spent several years in San Antonio before returning to the area to pursue a career in real estate.
Ginny takes great pleasure in working with new clients in Fredericksburg, with a laser focus on finding them the most desirable properties. As a true local, she understands the area better than most, giving her access to under-the-radar properties before they become public knowledge.
Ginny lives in Fredericksburg with her family. She proudly participates in fundraising events for the Boys and Girls Club of America.
